DescriptionSt Jean de Luz, which had already become a reputed French seaside resort by the end of the 19th century, expanded first over its filled marshland and then marched on to the north. The pedestrianized shopping streets, with their harmonious fronts, lead down to the harbor and Louis XIV Square. The thalasso therapy center, casino and Chantaco Golf Course all help to give Saint-Jean-de-Luz a much sought-after and authentic charm. 400 meters from Erromardie Beach (one of the 5 beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz), in the heart of a private park lined with magnificent pine trees, the Domaine Iratzia blends perfectly into its setting. Some of its buildings- facades are turned towards the sea, in the shade of age-old pine trees, while others face the mountains. It is situated approximately 2.5 km from the center of the town and 1 km from the nearest shops and facilities (banks, chemist-s, grocery store, grilled-meat stand and bakery).
