From the terrace of this large well-decorated villa, there is a magnificent view across the golf course of St Tropez and the boating port of Sainte-Maxime. The large sloping grounds are full of trees and beautiful native plants and flowers. At 50m altitude this property is only 650m from the beach, which is easily accessible by footpaths. From the villa it is possible to visit many famous places such as the stylish St Tropez and the breathtaking Gorges of Verdon (the French Grand Canyon), not forgetting the numerous charming medieval villages of the region. The owner occasionally lives in the basement studio.
