DescriptionThis holiday village is situated on the famous peninsula of Ile de Re, 20 km from La Rochelle, 50 meters from the beaches and just 700 meters from the village of St. Marie-de-Re. This area is ideal for cyclists, hikers and beach lovers in particular. The holiday village consists of 40 ground floor and first floor apartments and is situated 300 meters from the village of La Noue. Facilities of the complex include a reception area with tourist information, reading area, TV room, table tennis, tennis court, laundry, barbecue and parking lot. There is also a free WiFi area. You can request a baby kit (crib, baby bath, highchair) as well as borrow games, balls for volleyball and football, boules balls, an iron and ironing board and/or a mini-oven for your apartment. For children (from 3 years of age) there is a children corner with games, music etc. During school holidays there is also a kids club for children from 6 to 10 and for youth between 11 and 14 there are various organized activities. There are walks and excursions organized each week in the area so you can visit the city, port and ramparts of Saint-Martin or explore the lock along the coast by bike. For evening entertainment there is a theatrical evening, crepe (pancake type) party, game night, etc. Shops for basic necessities are located in St. Marie-de-Re and there is a bakery in La Noue. There is also a bicycle rental business in St. Marie-de-Re which will bring you the requested bikes. The nearest supermarkets are in La Flotte and St. Martin (7 km). In this holiday park a bike is highly recommended.

Local areaIle de Re is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches, seafood and bike paths. Nature lovers will enjoy the bird sanctuary and salt quarries. Sports fans can play golf at the golf course located 30 km from the resort or cycle and walk in the vicinity. The island has a total length of more than 90 km of cycling paths! But horseback riding on the beach, catamaran sailing, fishing and jet skiing are also quite special. If you are looking for something more in the way of culture, you will find more than you can imagine at: the Museum of Ernest Cognacq; the citadel and port of St. Martin; the ports of Ile de Re; the aquarium of La Rochelle; the royal rope yard of Rochefort and much more. At the reception area you can get information on the various cycling and car routes as well as information on attractions in the area. If you are in the mood to relax you can visit the beach or a spa center (3 km) where you can unwind with a Thalasso therapy or visit a sauna. In short, you will be surprised by this jewel on the French coast, which is also known as the island of the sun. Here each season has something interesting and special to offer!
