Description200 meters from the Lot River, surrounded by vineyards and forests, lies the recently built (2007) holiday Residence Claire Rive. The holiday park consists of 106 apartments spread among several detached houses. Each house has two to four studios / apartments on either the ground floor or first floor. The houses are grouped around the pool and each studio / apartment has a private balcony or terrace (garden furniture is available). In the park there is a reception desk with tourist information, a swimming pool (not heated, about 160 meters), paddling pool, playground, soccer field, big game lawns, bowling alley, Internet option (not free), laundry and parking. On the sun terrace of the pool there are lounge chairs. In the summer, from early July to late August, there are several child/youth clubs for ages 5 to 15. Most shops are located in the village of Prayssac, 1.5 km away. Pets, in possession of a valid vaccination certificate, will be allowed for an additional fee, provided they are mentioned at the time of reservation. For an additional fee you can also reserve a baby package, final cleaning and/or a TV. These should be indicated at the time of reservation and paid on-site.

Local areaIn the area you can go fishing, hiking (GR36), canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, rent a boat or play golf or tennis. A visit to one of the many gorges and caves should certainly not be missed. For example, Le Gouffre the Padirac. There are also fortresses to visit, such as the fortress of Castel Franc. Furthermore, the park is located in a region known for its wines: the wines of Cahors. The historic site of Anglars Juillac with its castle is also worth a visit and a little further away you will find the world famous caves of Lascaux. There are also caves at Les Eyzies Tayac. In Dordogne there is a lot to do, including a visit to the beautiful historical village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie classified as one of the 'plus beaux villages de France' or go for a walk along one of the many hiking trails in the area. If you're thinking about cycling or canoeing / kayaking on the Lot River, it is all possible here. The city of Cahors is 25 km away.
