20 minutes from the Emerald Coast and its beaches, half an hour from Saint Michel Mountain, bordering a golf course on the hillside dominating the route near the Mesnil Forest, lies the Residence of Golf, which takes advantage of an exceptional environment. The residence is situated 2 km from the entrance to the golf course and just 500 meters from the village of Tronchet (with a bar, bakery and shop).
The residence is comprised of a group of small buildings divided into islets. It has a total of 96 units including 7 in groups. All accommodations are equipped with terraces (except for the groups). There are 96 uncovered parking spaces at the guests disposal.
Facilities of the complex include: a heated indoor pool (5 m x 15 m; open only in summer by sliding the windows halfway up) + a separate paddling pool; a solarium; 1 sauna; 1 petanque field; a multi-sport field; a laundromat; a breakfast room overlooking a terrace; and 3 well-equipped playgrounds for children activities.

There are a lot of possibilities in the region.
Tourist attractions which are worth a visit include: the abbey of Tronchet; the covered walkway of Tresse; the abbey of Beaufort; Combourg with its Castle of Chateaubriand; Dinan, the old city and port; Dinard: the beaches, the little port and the city; St Malo with its battlements; and Cancale with Saint Michel Mountain and some castles.
Activities and recreation: The golf course has 27 holes (18 + 9), a restaurant in the evening and brasserie at noon, a bar, and competitions held from March to November. You can go fishing in the Pond of Mirlou. Mountain biking is possible in the Mesnil Forest. There is also hiking and horseback riding.
Between a 10 and 25 km you can find several beaches (between Dinard and Cancale) or you can go sailing, canoeing or kayaking on the Rance. Surfing, kite surfing and thalasso therapy are also possible.
In St Malo: Fishing in the pond of Beaufort, horseback riding, hiking (trails along the coast and in the valley of Rance).
Sea excursions: In the Bay of St Malo; departure toward the Chausey Islands, Jersey and Guernsey.
