Description20 minutes from the Emerald Coast and its beaches and just half an hour from Saint Michel Mountain, bordering the golf course on a hillside dominating the route near Mesnil Forest, the Residence of Golf takes advantage of an exceptional environment. The complex is situated 2 km from the entrance to the golf course and 500 meters from the village of Tronchet (with a bar, bakery and a shop). The complex is composed of a group of small houses divided into islets. It has a total of 96 units including 7 in groups. All accommodations (except for the groups) have a terraces. There are 96 uncovered parking spaces for guest parking. Facilities of the complex include: a heated indoor pool (5 m x 15 m; open only in summer by sliding windows halfway up) + a separate paddling pool, a solarium, 1 sauna, a petanque field, multi-sports field, laundromat, a breakfast room overlooking a terrace and 3 well-equipped playgrounds.
