The grounds are three hectares in size, enough space for many sports activities such as boules on the villa’s private pitch or ping-pong, as well as football on the small pitch which is reserved just for the house. The swimming pool is out of view of the house, concealed by the shade of trees. This house is located perfectly to relax in the peaceful surroundings with no direct neighbours, yet is also not far from the town centre or the beach. Local attractions include the tropical bird sanctuary in La Londe-les-Maures and the peninsula of Giens where you can see the Iles d’Hyeres, or the pedestrianised Ile de Porquerolles with its stunning beaches. On the Ile de Port-Cros you can go snorkeling and discover the beauty of the Mediterranean sea.
