DescriptionOn the south side of Lake Geneva, on the edge of a forest, in the hills of the village of Evian les Bains, lies the Residence les Chalets d'Evian holiday park. The park was built in typical regional style and offers splendid views of the lake from multiple points. The park consists of 101 apartments spread among 19 large chalets and one 3-story building with an elevator. Not only the environment, but the park itself has much to offer. For example, you will find a heated swimming pool of 7 x 12 meters with a roof (weather permitting open, closed in bad weather), a playground, a free fitness room, sauna (not free), table tennis, bowling alley, billiards (not free ), a bicycle, WiFi (not free), a bar, an opportunity for breakfast (to order), bread available at the reception desk (on order!), a laundry and parking. Bed linen is included in the price. You can, for an extra fee, reserve a TV, baby kit, towel set and final cleaning. These must be paid on the spot. A pet, in possession of a valid vaccination certificate and tattooed or chipped, will be allowed for an additional fee.

Local areaThis environment has an incredibly lot to offer. It starts very close to the resort of Evian with thermal baths. Via the reservation desk you can make reservations for an entire day, at a special price. In addition, this area is a great place to relax or have active fun. For example, you can go walking (both in the city and around the lake), hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing (the lake), or play tennis, golf and much much more. If you are a real water sports fan then you will enjoy the many water sports such as sailing, rowing and diving. For the real daredevils try canyoning (waterfall descent, special suit), rafting, hydro speed, para-gliding and a downhill cable car from 145 meters. 15 minutes walk from the park there is a daily cable train to the center of the city, including a trip to Evian on Lake Geneva where you can visit museums, walk through the city and visit a casino. The city of Geneva is about 45 km away.
