DescriptionThe resort of L'Hochette lies at an altitude of 1650 meters, 300 meters from the picturesque Alpine village of Ceillac. The resort has 73 studios / apartments, located in different buildings. These buildings are connected by a gallery. The park has a reception area with tourist information desk, a bar and restaurant, a reading room, television room, free WiFi area, foosball table, a garden where you can play, a barbecue, laundry and a parking lot. The restaurant offers the choice of a la-carte dishes, local dishes, takeaway meals and snacks. A free baby set (crib, baby bath and highchair) and games are available upon request. For a small fee you can reserve a linen package, bath linen package, cleaning or the Comfort Plus Package. You must pay for these extra services on the spot. Throughout the year there is, for children from 3 months to 2 years of age, a baby club and for children ages 3 to 6, a mini-club. During school holidays, for children 7 to 10 there is a childrens club and for children from 11 to 14 years a youth club. A variety of organized entertainment programs are available for teenagers 15 to 17. Every week there is a guided walking tour in the immediate surroundings and daily afternoon programs such as sports activities, videos and a market. In the evening there are performances, dancing and a 'village festival'. Shops are located 300 meters away. Pets are not allowed. The slopes are located 1.5 km away and are accessible by car or complimentary shuttle bus. Besides Alpine skiing you can also enjoy cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. Children are accompanied to the ski area (outside of the school holidays). In winter, for children from 3 years of age, there is a snow garden located at the foot of the slopes. You can participate in a free evening snowshoe hike where on the way back you can drink mulled claret. For children there is a 'find the animals tour'. In winter (late December to mid-March) bed linen is included in the price.

The mountain lakes invite you to go for a hike along one of their signposted trails. If you want cultural excursions then visit the churches of Ceillac or one of the chapels that exist in every village. Ceillac is not only famous for its churches, but also for its beautiful homes and magnificent sundials. The village of Saint-Veran, 37 km away, has been proclaimed one of 'the most beautiful villages in France'. In this area you will also find many traditional village celebrations. In short, each region has a very wide range of possibilities! The closest large city is Guillestre, 12 km away. The Parc Naturel Regional du Queyras ski area is known for its beautiful surroundings. Here you can enjoy skiing and cross-country skiing at an altitude of 1,650 to 2,500 meters. The slope for beginners is situated just 100 meters away. The ski resort in the village is ideal for families. Other slopes are located 1.5 km away and are easy to reach by shuttle bus. The Alpine-ski resort has a total length of 25 km which includes 4 green, 1 blue, 6 red and 1 black runway. This ski area has a surface of 45 km and begins directly at the village. In the vicinity you can enjoy several ski runs and even try ice climbing. The Parc Naturel Regional du Queyras invites you to go hiking and exploring.
