Here you reside only 50 m from the enchanting sea and 150 m from the nearest sandy beach. Enjoy the great view from the balcony, the sea really is breathtaking. This exclusive spot is also home of the most famous and expensive hotel of the world, the Eden Roc. The house is situated only about 1000 m from the centre of Juan Les Pins. The owner of the house lives nearby and is very helpful. This house is very comfortably furnished and the ideal base for a relaxing holiday. Antibes was founded in the 5th century BC as a Greek colony and has long been an important trading centre.
