Its geographic location and history, the old section of town and its harbor, all help to make Antibes a town of exceptional warmth and authenticity.
This is a new residence (opened in March of 2008) with lifts, an outdoor swimming pool (non-heated/ dimensions 9X4.5), solarium and parking lot (additional fee). All apartments have a balcony and free WIFI access. The complex is just 15 minutes from Marineland and 4km from the beaches. It is situated between Nice and Cannes.
All shops and facilities are about 200m from the residence.

Local areaAntibes is an attractive seaside town located between Nice and Cannes, on the Cote d'Azur. It is perfectly situated for exploring this wonderful region of France. The town of Antibes has many tourist attractions as well as several museums, including the Picasso Museum. The old town of Antibes (Vieil Antibes) has cobblestoned streets, a Provencal market and numerous cafes and restaurants. The lively, nearby town of Juan les Pins is perfect for evening entertainment. Here you will find a casino, bars and restaurants. Monaco with its ski resorts is just 40km away (1 hour by car). Many fine golf courses can be found in the area as well as excellent water sports facilities.
