Description

Antibes, a lively town year round, is one of the most famous resorts on the French Riviera.
Its geographic location and history plus the old section of town and its harbor, all help to make Antibes a town of exceptional warmth and authenticity.
This is a new residence (opened in March of 2008) with lifts, an outdoor swimming pool (non-heated/dimensions 9x4.5), solarium and parking area (additional fee). All apartments have a balcony and free WiFi access. The complex is just 15 minutes from Marineland and 4km from the beaches. It is situated between Nice and Cannes.
All your necessary shops and facilities are located about 200m from the residence.

Antibes is an attractive seaside town situated on the Cote d'Azur between Nice and Cannes. It is a perfect destination for exploring this wonderful region of France. The town of Antibes has many tourist attractions as well as several museums, including the Picasso Museum. The old town of Antibes (Vieil Antibes) has cobbled streets, a Provencal market and numerous cafes and restaurants. The lively, nearby town of Juan les Pins is ideal for evening entertainment. Here you will find a casino as well as a number of bars and restaurants. Monaco, with its ski resorts, is just 40km away (1 hour by car). Many fine golf courses can be found in the area as well as excellent water sports facilities.
